Graduate of BS Biology/ Food Technology/ Microbiology
1. He/She is responsible for assuring quality of the product through all day-to-day operations.
2. Must assist the manufacturing plant by evaluating raw materials, other supplies and the finished, packaged product.
3. They ensure compliance to common Good Manufacturing Practices. They calibrate and maintain microbiology laboratory equipment; compile and analyze data for documentation; and prepare related reports.
4. Perform Microbial Testing, Pest Control, Good Manufacturing Practices
5. Perform Monthly GMP Audits
6. Perform and monitor environmental monitoring and assured EMP were met.
