Operations Manager
- With the direction from Asia HQ, to manage organization's business activities and to implement effective business strategies and programs developed by HQ in Asia and Italy.
- To oversee company’s operational processes, and to ensure outstanding customer experience.
- Optimize company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage sales initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate and manage operational activities to achieve company goals.
- Will team up with Asia HQ management team to implement business and operational strategies.
Operations Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants
- Work with Asia HQ and Italy HQ in all areas of the Company.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the HQ management team.
- Managing operational costs, evaluating performance and productivity
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities
- Report key results to management
