JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for the overall shift operations, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence at the restaurant level.In the absence of Restaurant Manager, the Shift Manager effectively is the Restaurant Leader. Shift Manager supervises a shift by carrying out management responsibilities consistent with company policies, procedure and legal requirements.People Champion – leading in the implementation of People processes and system in the restaurant, such as manpower planning, scheduling, training of team members and team leaders and labor cost achievement.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a 4-year course preferably BS-HRM (or any related courses)Minimum of 2 years experience as Supervisor in similar industryExperience in QSR or CDR an advantageHighly flexible and can work under pressureWell-developed verbal and written communication skills
