1. Receives and acknowledges production materials for delivery.
2. Suggests recovery plan for delayed deliveries and delayed production encountered for approval of external personnel.
3. Coordinates to concern Leaders any changes made on the delivery requirement of customer.
4. Initiates meeting with concerned sections regarding remarkable changes in custom requirements that will greatly affects the production and other concerned sections in the absence of IMPEX Head
5. Initiates improvement plans and actions concerning production and delivery.
6. Makes and prepares documents of products for delivery to customers.
7. Updates Overtime Charge but need to inform the production to prevent Overtime.
