Responsibilities:
Develop QA policies to maintain the quality of products being produced in the commissary.Plans and supervises the daily QA activities in the plant.Prepares and ensures timely submission of QA reports.Initiates improvement projects related to product quality.Ensures consistent implementation, training and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices and Safety Procedures.Coordinates with other plant heads and/or senior supervisors concerning quality aspects.Ensures strict implementation and monitoring of product quality and standard.Coordinates with Supervisors Production and Warehouse all problems related to quality control of plant operations and incoming / outgoing materials, respectively.Informs the management on all matters affecting product quality.Supports the company in the achievement of QA and plant KPI’s.Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior.
