JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for handling projects which involve drafting/formulating the Bank’s policies and procedures, development of new or enhancement of existing systems, operations review, identifying process improvements, preparing position papers or feasibility studies, evaluating Table of Organization, acting as Assistant Project Manager/Team Lead, conducting Users’ Acceptance Testing, performing other functions outsourced by internal users/business units and handling special studies requested by top management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate with Business Degree, with above average academic performance; Accountancy/MBA course an advantage but not requiredAt least 5-8 year(s) related experience in banking operations and systems workBackground on systems analysis and design, project management, bank/management/cost accounting, operations research an advantageCandidates must be willing to work ON-SITE in MAKATI CITY.
