With Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management or any related courseWith at least 1-2 years of working experience in Inventory Management and WarehousingProficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)Knowledgeable in Pivot and have Background in SAPWith good verbal and written communication skillsJOB DEscriptION
Validate all received requisition slipChecked locations if they have updated inventory and submitted liquidation every 5th and 20th day of the monthCheck and validate SAR/SR submitted by repairs and maintenanceEnsure that the process of warehouse in receiving or RS and schedule of pull out of items is within the standard operating procedureCoordinate properly with custodians and analyst of the liquidation, submitted usages of resign employees from installers and any other departmentsEnsure that all reports pertaining to usage are updated and correctCoordinate with the custodians of items hit below stock level and trigger of the item that need to submit stock replenishmentGROUP
