Inventory and Purchasing Staff

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Inventory and Purchasing Staff to join our team to assist with the kitchen Raw Materials and Finished Goods stocks monitoring. In this role, you will betasked with ensuring that the stocks are managed effectively and efficiently. You will take part in receiving, managing, moving, and placing stocks in our kitchen storage facilities. You will also be responsible in placing and purchasing the stocks needed in the kitchen operation.Successful Inventory and Purchasing Staff should be physically fit with strong attention to detail and good work ethics. Candidates should have Inventory/Stockman experience and is knowledgeable on record-keeping, inventory management, and safety guidelines.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Receiving goods from suppliers.2. Placing orders and Purchasing ingredients needed for Kitchen operations and production.3. Assisting in checking the quality, correctness, and conditions of deliveries.4. Managing stocks of Raw Material and Finished Goods in the kitchen.5. Labeling items for storage and delivery.6. Assisting with stock-taking activities.7. Notifying Corporate and sous chef of inventory levels.8. Packing items for storage and retail display.9. Supporting the Corporate Chef in the course of their duties in stock management.10. Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.Qualifications:At least College Level2. At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or kitchen inventory is preferred.3. An understanding of terminology, such as receiving, inventory, and shelving.4. Basic knowledge of using Microsoft office (Microsoft Excel).5. Excellent supplier relation abilities.6. A friendly and hard-working disposition.7. Punctual with good time management skills.8. Ability to spend long shifts on your feet, perform physical labor, and lift up to 50 kg unassisted.9. Well-presented appearance.
