Regulatory Compliance Specialist - BDO Network Bank Compliance Dept (Davao City)

Job Mandate:Primarily responsible for assisting the Chief Compliance Officer in coordinating and managing the implementation of the compliance program of the Bank which includes identification, control and mitigation of compliance riskDuties and Responsibilities:      Provides guidance to branches and business/support units on regulatory matters      Assists in delivering on-site and offsite supervisory requirements of regulatory agencies      Monitors timely submission of reports by Unit Compliance Coordinators (UCCs) and corrective actions for reported exceptionsMinimum Requirements:Graduate of BS in AccountancyPreferably CPA Licensure Examination PasserWith knowledge and experience in banking operationsAt least one (1) year experience in the bankWith good oral and written communication skillsMust be a resident of or willing to be assigned in Davao City.
