Procurement Supervisor

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration or equivalent. At least 5 year of experience as Procurement Mktg Materials, Building renovation and Facilities Supplies/ServiceProven experience managing people, vendors and procurement operationsIn-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang,Muntinlupa.OBJECTIVESTo find reliable sources of non-trade supplies or services, procure competitive price with a combination of good/service quality, achieve Service Level Agreements with Customers and maintain good business relationship with vendorsKEY RESPonSIBILITIESEnforce all purchasing policies and proceduresDeveloping procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effectiveSourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendorsNegotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous termsReviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibilityBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliersPerforming risk assessments on potential contracts and agreementsControlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costsPreparing procurement reports
