The Production Manager will be overall responsible for the management of the production section ensuring that all lone processes are effectively managed towards the plant's objective.
Job Function
Plan, lead, evaluate controls to achieve the target and ensure cost-efficient run of handled areas.Reviews production plan and implements revision if necessaryevaluate capacity, material, and manpower planning based on marketing forecastTimely submission of analyzed, accurate periodic reports with action plans and realistic timetablesConsistent implementation of CRREnsures that target efficiency and rejection rates are being achieved from time to timeInitiate improvement projectsStrict compliance to SOPs and TSMS, HACCP, GMP, and safety are strictly followedEnsures good working relationships with the team and peers at work and conducts periodic coaching and mentoring as needed.Job Qualifications
