Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field, preferably with a Master's Degree.Ten years of experience in OD and recruitment in manufacturing companies.Good knowledge of OD and recruitment principlesExcellent oral and written communication skills.Computer literate (MS Office Applications-Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation)With initiative and a sense of urgency to start and handle a project through completion.Assistant Managers/Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.Full-Time position(s) available.
