Overseas the over-all restaurant operations in terms of its revenue achievement; cost and expense control; assets, facilities and security management; manpower planning and development; wastage, breakages and damage control and effective implementation of company policies, systems and procedures.Proper inventory control and management, ensuring availability of itemsEnsures uninterrupted restaurant and back office operations through effective manpower planning and scheduling, and cross training of employees (multi-tasking)Responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities, and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessaryMaintains restaurant at the level necessary to meet or exceed the company standards for Quality, Services and CleanlinessJOB QUALIFICATIONS
