Job Summary
Guest Service Associate provides assistance to the guests of a hotel. Administer the guest departure and arrivals. Monitor the inquiries in the system, building a professional relationship with the guests. Perform all cashier functions (Cash & Credit card payment). Monitor all the operations of the resort and coordinate with the different departments of the resort. Must do a daily report after the end of the shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
WELCOME GUEST EXPERIENCE
Maintain proper grooming with a complete uniform.Greet guests with a smile and signature greetings of “WELCOME HOME”.DAILY OPERATIONS
Responsible for up keeping the front office standardsAdministering check-ins and check-outsResponsible for checking all needed documentsEnable to handle different payment transactions Enable to issue room keys and incidental depositGSA is responsible to make courtesy call every 4pm -7pmMonitor all check in of guests and administer all complaints and requests and ensure effective resolution.TEAM COORDINATION
GSA shall coordinate Housekeeping Department for room inspection and room concernsGSA shall coordinate to Engineering Department for maintenance concernsGSA shall coordinate Accounting Department for submission of cashier reportPAYMENT TRANSACTION
Monitor all cash transactions for front desk employeesResponsible to monitoring and record the cash floatAll credit card shall be valid upon check inREPORTS
Submit required reports every end of the shift.COVERED SHIFT
