Qualification:
- Degree in Business Commerce, Business Ad, Industrial Engineering, or any Business-Related Courses.
- Has at least 3 years work experience in a manufacturing organization. Preferably with hands-on experience in production planning and control in handling toll-packing planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Align with QC schedule of FG release.
- Actively participates in Weekly Rebalancing Meeting.
- Monitors production plans, output, issues, and action plan.
- Coordinates with shipping lines, forwarders, truckers and brokers for the details and delivery schedules of incoming cargoes from offshore and interplant transfers of finished goods.
- Coordinates with Order Fulfillment Leader (OFL) finished goods availability schedule.
- Coordinates with Warehouse both internal and external for all incoming deliveries and other inventory matters.
- Facilities concerns of suppliers related to Vendor Schedule to be acted upon by the concerned department.
- Coordinates with toller to firm up production schedule.
- Coordinate with production the schedule of preparation of Manufacturing items for tolling.
- Coordinate with toller to secure regular reports such as but not limited to the daily inventory report and conformance to Plan Report.
- Prepares accurate Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Daily
Tolling Production Schedule (DTPS) for assigned Luzon Plant including Toll Manufactures, according to target timeline.
- Monitors and controls inventory levels of Finished Goods, Raw Materials or Packaging Materials to meet customer service level and cost objects.
- Monitors shelf-life expiration and coordinates depletion of Neary Expiry inventory. (FG,RM,PM)
- Monitors inventory and status of FG inventory at WIP Area.
- Generates Purchase Orders for Material in support of the DPs.
- Prepare and submits Vendor Schedule (VS) to all RM/PM/OM suppliers based on generated Material Requirements Plan (MRP)
- Prepares accurate performance reports such as Daily Unserved Report, Supply Outlook Report and Supply and Inventory Plan according to target timeline.
- Generates Process Orders (PO), stock Transfer Order (STO), Vendor Schedule (VS) in reference to the Daily Production Tolling Schedule (DPTS)
- Ensures availability of RM/PM/OM/MI supply to support daily production requirement.
- Prepares inventory run down report for specific materials according to required timeline.
- Monitors suppliers’ deliveries and expedite overdue orders.
- Monitor suppliers’ reliability performance and tales action as needed to improve or maintain manufacturing process efficiency.
- Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
