Responsibilities:
The Quality System Assistant supports the Quality Systems Lead in all aspects of the quality system operations.The primary function will require internal auditing and daily maintenance/review of the quality system processes to ensure compliance and improvements to the system.Assist in documentation requirements for ISO 9001:2015Basic knowledge in internal auditing (process and systems audit)Business process mappingAssist in conducts internal auditWrites internal audit reportConsolidates and maintains internal audit reportMonitors CAPAFollow up verification and effectiveness of actions activities completedCommitment to working effectively and cooperatively with all personnelProvide administration assistance with all quality-related projects and duties, including regulatory affairs, engineering, and production and including customer complaints and general maintenance of the quality systemQualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent1-2 years of experience performing quality system audits for direct selling, services, and manufacturingExperience establishing compliance with ISO regulationsTrained in ISO 9001:2015 standardsPrevious experience working with, and improving, company procedures/SOP.Experience auditing company operations compliant to ISO 9001:2015 (or similar) in direct selling, manufacturingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communications skills
