Operations Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the daily sales and operations activities of each department.Lead and direct all sales and business development strategies.Implement clear policies and procedures for smooth flow of operations and achieve best industry practice and after sales service.Monitor and track sales and operations trends through reporting and analytics.Offer competitive products and services to existing and potential clients by leading and guiding the sales team.Promotes well being and capability building through training and development.Conceptualizes and implements cost reduction programs in all aspects of operations.Prepares budget, analyzing variances, and initiates corrective actions to meet operations financial objectives together with the Accounting and Finance Department.Performs other functions that may deem necessary for the Sales and Operations Department.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering degree/s or equivalent.At least 5 Years of working experience in appliance industry is an advantage.In- depth knowledge in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.  Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.-
