Job Responsibilities:
Mixes, cooks, and freezes ingredients to make frozen desserts, such as sherbets, ice cream, and gelato: Measures and cooks ingredients for such frozen desserts, according to recipes.Pours mixed ingredients into freezing machine reservoir, and starts machine to churn and freeze ingredients.Removes frozen dessert mixture from machine.Stores frozen desserts in refrigerated room or refrigerator.Molds ice cream or sherbet into various shapes, such as flowers or emblems, using paddle and mold forms.Scooping of gelato as customer request and orderInventory upkeeping and daily ordering Running day to day operationsJob Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
