The Senior Recruiter will act as the primary point of contact (POC) of the recruitment team for clients and the company’s account managers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Work with the Recruitment Lead in devising and implementing recruitment tools and strategies that may address current and future requirements.Act as primary Point-of-Contact (POC) of Recruitment for Clients and Yondu’s Account Managers.Manage client and candidate relationship to achieve desired hit rate (show-up rates, offer conversion rates)Conducts skills and competency based interviews across all levels including niche positions and C-level candidatesDevelops skills and competency based interview guide and questionnaires Recommend assessment tools to measure knowledge, skills and competencies of candidatesWork with the team to effectively negotiate the required resources for implementation of the agreed strategyRecommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence ad searches, career fairs, internet research and direct contact.Endorse candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations.Guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiation.Coordinate interview and follow up activities.Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.Act as Subject-Matter-Expert for recruitment and provide sound recommendation to Hiring Managers and Clients regarding market salary rates and industry standards.Ensure pre-employment steps, including reference checks and background and medical examinations are completed in a timely fashion.Upload and Maintain accurate candidate data and status in the Recruitment Management System (RMS) and produce weekly reports for data trending and analysis.Perform thorough, systematic analysis of key industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; current and potential competitors.Create effective data visualization reports or narratives that employ analytics and visualizationIdentify process improvement opportunities and effectively summarizes conclusions and recommendationsContribute to the development of analytics policy, standards and guidelines.Perform other work-related tasks assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalentRelated Experience – At least 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment; Strong background in Technical Hiring; Preferably with strong connections to IT professional and tech industry communitiesKnowledge – Trained in Behavioral interviewing methodSoft Skills:Mature, driven and committed in delivering resultsSelf-starter and proactiveExcellent communication skillsStrong negotiation skillsHas strong sense of accountability
