PLANNING STAFF (FPIP SITE)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.Ensures goods manufactured by employer are produced in a cost effective way that meets quality specifications. Makes sure that goods are ready to distribute to customers in a timely fashion.Ability to improve company's production and distribution processes.Ability to ensure that the production and distribution of product runs smoothly.Liases with sales division to determine customer requirements.Predicts how long a project will take to complete.Ability to develop a production schedule detailing all the task and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion dates.Liases with customers, suppliers, human resources department and maintenance employees to ensue all workers, materials and machinery will be available when required.Ability to monitor progress  of the  project to ensure it's following the schedule.Ability to troubleshoot  problems that occur during production, including staff shortags and machinery malfunctions.Ability to collect and assess data about the production and team's performance.Ability to prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Performance Report. Candidate must have excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.Must have relevant experience in MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MRP.Good at Math and Statistics.Has strong organization and problem solving skills.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Full-Time position available.
