PRODUCTION & QC SUPERVISOR

POSITION OVERVIEW: The primary responsibility of the PQC is to assist the department by coordinating activities required to maintain operation, product quality, proper machinery handling, and workforce allocation. In particular, this role supports the production reviewing product quality requirements performing mixing, cooking of products, and material issuance from Warehouse & Inventory Controller (WIC), to ensure those requirements are understood and implemented; monitoring the quality of manufactured items to address product and service satisfaction and standards.

Performs and monitors the production of daily materials requirementsStudy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner in all departments involved.Obtains and understands all documentation for making batches. Ensures correct quantities in and out are used for each production batch.Implementing rules and regulations set and approved by the management according to the production, and quality matters.Machine maintenance assures that all production equipment is safely and efficiently operated; identifies defective or malfunctioning equipment and the machine immediately and assures that unsafe equipment is pulled out for servicing.Ensures all materials returned to inventory have the right quantity and information.In charge of the daily, monthly, and year-end production and quality report.Ensures capacity requirements that there is never too much raw materials inventory on hand and reduces costs associated with the misallocation of resourcesMonitors raw material usage with the WICRefers issues/problems to Production Head immediatelyCommunicate with Purchasing if encountering materials issues.Completes all paperwork and daily documentation in a timely mannerImplement safety requirements according to production policies.Assist other technical persons doing company manuals regarding warehousing FIFO/FEFO method.Ensures all documentation of QA/QC is being followedAssist RND in product knowledge and setting up an SOP.In charge of encoding output in QuickBooks system.Encoding materials in and out in the Quick Books SystemOther Duties
1. Ensures the production area is always clean and organized
2. Implement GMP/GHK practices
3. Assist production department in all materials requisition.
