With at least 2-3 year related working experience
With experience in IATA company is advantage
With experience in Refund processing
With experience in BSP reporting
Must have a background in ticketing issuance, Reissuance, Rebooking using AMADEUS and SABRE
With 1 year experience specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Keen on details, very organized and systematic
Active listening and good customer service orientation
Must be good at interpersonal skill and be dynamic, flexible, honest and patient.
Displays a positive attitude, even under pressure
Knowledgeable ticketing, tour operation, communication, or other tourism services
