Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge in preparing Financial Statements & ability to analyze financial dataPreparation of Financial Reports for BIR & SECUnderstanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures from regulatory agenciesKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principlesKnowledge in Computerized accounting applications i.e. accounts payable and account receivables; fund accounting and investment; payroll systems and reporting; administration of employee benefits; office, property, facility and premises administrationSkills:
Technical knowhow on the dynamics of the different sectors/groupsShould have Accounting and Administrative skillsShould be analytical when solving problemShould have knowledge in office and accounting software technologyMust pay close attention to details with a high degree of accuracyMust be effective in verbal and written communicationsBelow are the essential duties and responsibilities:
Participate in the provision of effective strategic financial planning and informationProvide comptrollership functions in order to ensure finances are managed according to policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles as well as compliance to government legislationManaged and coordinate finance and administrative functions across all sections/units including personal administration and payrollProvide leadership and direction to group staff to ensure efficient use of human resourcesPerform other related duties as required
