The area supervisor is a person that:
1. has a personal motorbike for mobility within Cebu City and Mactan2. is willing to commit to a minimum of 5yrs employment and beyond3. is aspiring to grow towards becoming an area manager4. has at least 5 years experience in the fast food industry5. has an understanding of standards and how to implement them among branches
The area supervisor will be:1. classified as a managerial employee that will render around 9hrs a day with 1 day off.2. have a standard 5 days sick leave and 5 days paid leave with consideration for special circumstances which will not be deducted when within reasonable levels and trust is maintained.3. receiving a pay package of P17,500 composed of basic pay plus de minimis benefits and transportation allowance.4. receiving a lumpsum of P60,000 after completing the 5 year contract5. eligible to avail of a cell phone or laptop after at least 1 year of high level performance
The Area Supervisor:1. be assigned to multiple branches and trained for 60 days at an initial allowance of P14,000 with area supervisor candidate and when passed set on P17,500 with confirmation of area supervisor status2. will master the cooking procedures3. will master all the operational standards4. will learn how to conduct a branch performance analysis 5. will prepare reports and evaluations6. will learn how to deal and lead team members7. will be able to minimize incidents in branches8. will contribute to branches' overall performance9. will be able to trouble shoot and find resolutions to issues before they become problems10. will have his/her communication line open 24/7 to support the team
