Restaurant Supervisor

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least any Bachelor's/College Degree related to Hospitality Management.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong management skills.Excellent organizational skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Plotting and Managing restaurant staff's work schedules and keeping track of their work hours.Ensuring that all restaurant staff complies with company policy.Training restaurant staff to follow standard operating procedures.Maintaining safety and food quality standards.Keeping guests happy and handling complaints.Keeping track of inventory and ensuring that the restaurant has all adequate supplies necessary for smooth and efficient operations.
