1. Prepare incident reports for returned and undelivered items, canceled pull out from sales & retail as well as canceled field works of Service Center Technician.
2. Receives POR of Sales & Retail.
3. Checks the quality and quantity of returned items and pull out(re-deliver, dealer sales, back to the office and damaged items, and for repair by SC.
4. Send Pull Out for repair to SC.
5. Check and seek the Logistics Supervisor's signature for the QDN before sending it to QSD.
6. Encode QDN of return & pull out.
7. Conduct AQL or Military Sampling for local & imported deliveries.
8. Check PO vs. Delivery receipt of local delivery.
9. Receives local delivery.
10. Coordinate the work assignment of forklift drivers.

2. Proficient in computer applications (World, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
3. Have good interpersonal relations skills.
