Responsibilities
Supervise Front Office personnel for proper execution of all front office operationsExecute quality service to all hotel guests, monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement actions for better outcomeEnsure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotelWork closely with the Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communicationExemplify leadership in guest hospitality, customer service and create a positive atmosphere for guest relationsRequirements
Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (preferably Opera)Proficiency in Chinese language is an advantageHas effective leadership skills, staff motivation and exceptional commitment to improving customer service.
