Responsible for assuring that the Supermarket/Store effectively executes policies, procedures, and systems established and drives process improvement and process efficiency within the Operations Department and Store.
Responsible for the implementation of the established food safety and quality procedures including the GMP and HACCP procedures for HACCP-certified stores.
Aids the store assignment during internal/ external/ regulatory audits, investigation of complaints, and other food safety issues that may arise.
Reports status of CAPA verification, complaints, and others.
Conduct regular store visits to store assignments.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any science-related course.At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a Food Manufacturing or Food Retail company is a major plus.Applicants must be knowledgeable about GMP and HACCP principles and ISO Standards is an advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in CEBU CITY.Can start ASAP!
