Job Description

The Human Resources Development Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support and project assistance to the day-to-day operations of the HR Development team of Ayala Foundation.

Plan, organize, and facilitate employee engagement programs such as company events, townhalls, volunteer activities and other related activitiesReview, track and document employee learning and development database and succession management activitiesCoordinate participation to engagement activities and learning program enrollment of all employeesMaintain a pool of training vendors. Expand this pool by building more partnerships for the foundation.Process all contract and other related documents of all training and engagement activity speakers, vendors and other stakeholdersDesigns videos, articles, posters, and other collaterals related to HR development activities Monitor and evaluate all activities and recommend improvements and innovations

Job Qualifications

College Graduate Major in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Advertising, and other related fieldsAt least 3 years work experience in the field of HR engagement, learning and development, and other related fieldsHas work experience in a non-profit or in the development sector is an advantageHas strong knowledge and background in developing, implementing and evaluating employee engagement programs, volunteerism activities and training programsHas proven experience in developing content and design of articles, collaterals, videos and other engagement activity materialsPrevious training in coaching, employee wellness program development and training program design are desiredStrong verbal and written communication skills
