IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Provide technical support to OEM customers, customer service and sales via telephone or email.Conducts application review, technical review and quality reviewAssist US based application engineers by providing backup supportDevelop rapport and trust with internal and external contacts Proactively suggests improvement plans for better support and quality performance. Aligns thinking to help achieve business unit goals and objectives. Log all interactions and submit a monthly interaction report.Provide product and process training to internal employees with following:Develop contents of training modulesMaintain the training materials in a common directoryAttends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the teamWork within defined operational and employee goals. Contribute to other projects if requestedFOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering1-3 years hands-on experience in the field of HVACRPreferably with one (1) year experience with Commercial Refrigeration Systems (Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hotels, Convenience Stores, Cold Storage)Above average mechanical background (Refrigeration theory)High level of customer orientationCan work well with other peopleHighly committed on achieving resultsExcellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Computer application skills such as MS Office ApplicationsWork hours between 8PM-5AM PST Monday thru FridayMust be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands#LI-Hybrid
