Role and Responsibilitiesevaluates opportunities for both strategic and tactical sourcing opportunities both local and provincial.Manages the external sourcing teams to deliver the Share of Hire required from each external channel.Plans and executes traditional and non-traditional sourcing activitiesDevelops market intelligence of the industry, focusing on compiling a database of talent profiles, talent competencies and skills, talent locations, pay scale and benefits package, etcPlans, submits and defends budget proposals for any and all external sourcing activities justified by yield and cost per hire per activityParticipates in capacity planning for current and future hiringQualifications and Education RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must be amenable to working in MakatiMust have good command of the English language
