Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will join the project management team to be responsible for launching and executing the operation of our business in the Philippines.

This role requires the person to be able to manage projects & processes to plan and implement operational expansion programs. The candidate will be recruiting and leading a team to drive projects to completion as well as establish team infrastructure for future growth. This role is for a person willing to take chances, try new things, and enjoy working in a complex, constantly evolving environment.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

Operations & Project Management

You will lead the execution and roll-out of Neyu’s international expansion footprint in the Philippines.Carry out due diligence to understand about new country’s entrance policiesDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planKeep track of project status, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders or related parties to follow up until it's completedProvide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressPrepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirementsTrack project costs to meet budgetCreate tools & metrics to measure & determine projects successMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementManage projects focus on optimizing manpower and financial analysisTraining and coaching team members

Suppliers & Productions

In charge and oversee business activities with international agencies/vendors/suppliers across our businesses in the PhilippinesPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Logistics

In charge of monitoring the Logistic partner (3PL) and cooperating with the internal department (CS, sales, etc.) to reach the KPI for Successful Delivery rate with COD.Follow the First Mile and Last Mile activity to ensure KPI On-time Delivery (OTD) to Customer.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Industry or similar ones.Around 5 years of experience in total with 2 years of experience in a similar position.Experienced in OEM factory management, logistics & supply chain management is highly preferable.Experienced and hold a proven track record of achievements in managing projects from launching to successGood at communication, MS Office; Business AcumenGood at working with different stakeholdersExcellent logic, critical thinking, and strong problem solverGood at organizational skills, able to wear multiple hats, and willing to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced challenging environmentResult-oriented, have the mindset of getting things doneSelf-motivated, self-confident, stress-resistant
