RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
Responsible in End to End RecruitmentSourcing and phone screening of candidates for open roles;End to end recruitment process: skills calibration, sourcing, interviewing, job offer, onboardingMonitors pre-employment completion of new hires and sending reminder emails and SMSMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsLabor Relation
Adheres to and helps enforce all policies and procedures set forth by the CompanyProvides support in the implementation of HR policies of the companyRoutes clearance and requests for preparation of Final Pay for separated employeesProvides office support services to ensure efficiencyFamiliar with labor laws, handling administrative cases, documentation and monitoring of all administrative disciplinary cases and employee relations concerns, documentation and revision of personnel policies and procedures.Lead administration of due process for all Termination Cases, End of Contract and End of Training Contract Cases. (NTE, Administrative Hearing, Notice of Decision)Conducts investigation for administrative casesStatutory Benefits
Assist inquiries for SSS, Philhealth and other government statutory benefitsAdmin
Handling and Inventory of Office Supplies and Fixed AssetsQUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Have knowledge on statutory (labor law, government benefits, etc)Required skill(s): employee and labor relations, employee relations, employee benefits, Human Resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, good judgment and ability to resolve conflicts, ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations, can relate well with people, Knows how to handle confidential information. Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications, Microsoft Word and Excel Environment.
