MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (BATINO)

MAIN RESPONSIBILTY: Responsible for effectiveness of the maintenance system in relation to productivity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the maintenance and repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment and facility of the plant.Immediate response to maintenance job requested by Production Operation Group and other departments.Attend to the repair/maintenance of equipment and plant facility during emergency.Attend and oversee maintenance and repair of rotary equipment, high pressure equipment and electrical equipment.Coordinate with Production Department (Husky, Sacmi and Moss) all mechanical and electrical repair and activities in the plant processes and facilities.Ensure all maintenance and electrical repair and other engineering works done by in-house and outside contractors are in accordance with IVPPC standard.Coordinate and assist maintenance contractor in the maintenance and repair of special equipment.Conduct weekly meting to discuss safety ad other matters related to the maintenance department activities and objectives.Update records such as drawings, masterfile (equipment) and maintenance record (history).To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, OHSAS, & FSSC policies and SOPs.Perform other related duties assigned to them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensed Electrical EngineerAt least four (4) years working experience in supervisory position With expertise in the operation of the following machines (Injection, CMM), water chiller, pumps, air compressor and cooling towerKnowledgeable in AutoCAD is advantageEffective Leader and Team PlayerWith good communication skillsAmenable to work in Batino, Calamba, LagunaWilling to commute or relocateShifting schedule (6 days in a week)
