Execute opportunities identified by the Transformation team for improvement through process automation to increase the efficiency of the different workstream functionsAnalyze current business requirements and perform technical process assessment to document current process flow and assess automation scope, design automation solution, and drive end-to-end technical automation solution.Develop and monitor implementation plans and timelines for automation projects from development, UAT to tool deploymentDevelop process automation solutions which may include but not limited to excel macros/VB macros, MS Share Point, Teams, Forms, Power Platforms, Workflow, Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutionsCreate and implement playbook, framework and process for automationHelp drive the realization of value / cost savings results and outcomes for automation projects assignedRequirements
• Experience working with Automation Platforms like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation via excel macros/VB macros, MS Share Point, Teams, Forms, Power Platforms, Workflow, Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
• Knowledge of market trends and technology related to automation especially on Accounting and Finance process along with knowledge of Process Automation practices.
Work experience of at least 3 years of relevant experience of leading and performing as a lead or advisor in a BPO or service sectorExperience in automation and related projects in RPA, project management and demonstrated strong understanding of process modeling tools and conceptsAmenable to be on a full work onsite setup, rotate sites between BGC and McKinley, TaguigOkay to be on a predominant midshift scheduleCan start ASAP
