Deputy Plant Manager

Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its related field;Minimum of 2 years in a plant-based operations management role;Food industry experience is a clear advantage;Thorough exposure to increasing production and asset/s capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current standards in manufacturing and warehousing;Effective coordination skills with various business units particularly sales in planning capacity and volume;Operative experience in allocation of resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal results;Extensive involvement in implementing strategies that provides a clear sense of direction and focus; Outstanding skill in monitoring operations and trigger corrective actions;Direct experience in any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as but not limited to SAP or D365;Substantial experience with data analysis using various Microsoft Application such as but not limited to excel;Ensures that data are collected in real time and analyzed to find areas of waste or overtime;In-depth knowledge of plant machinery, metrics, and requirements;Adaptable to business requirements and operation's needs;Proactive in updating oneself with latest production management best practices and concepts;Leads in delivering production output, product quality and on-time deliveries;Delivers the expected output through the implementation of systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets;Exhibits decisiveness and creativity with strong leadership;Excellent people management skills; ANDPromotion possible with impressive performance.

Stayed updated with latest production management best practices and concepts;Extensive understanding of plant machinery, metrics, and requirements adaptable to business requirements and operations’ needs;Abilities of being decisive and creative, with strong leadership;Capability to collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime;Has developed systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets;Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; ANDEffective verbal and written communication skills.
