Production Engineer / Shift Leader (FPIP - Sto. Tomas Batangas)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.Knowledge in manufacturing tools and equipmentRequired Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCADExcellent organization, communication. leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem solving skills and strong work ethicAbility to write reports legibly and accurately1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Responsible for the study of Production process with deviations to target of output, quality/defects and product reject.Create or formulate improvement projects and studies to any process deviations found through data gathering and processing.Any projects improvement will be implemented on the manufacturing line. It will be cascaded down to stake holder upon approval by Manager and General Manager.Directly coordinates with (PE, R&D, Molding, Quality and Maintenance Team as needed.Performs other tasks under his/her field of competencyPerform job functions consistent with the corporate vision, mission statements, and core values of the company and ensure that subordinates perform their respective functions accordingly.
