Basic Function(s)
Technical Supervisor monitor installation, maintenance, troubleshooting testing and repair work conducting by technicians.Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee various work tasks performed by technicians to ensure that customer demands are being met and all company regulations are being followed.Design workplace policies and standard practices and ensure they are being followed by technicians.Performs regular inspections of tools and equipment used by the company. evaluate completed work orders to ensure that all policies and standards have been followed and that the customer’s needs are met. Train new technicians and provide ongoing training for experienced technicians.Design and implement training programs and protocols for technicians to follow.Answering technical related questions of agentsConducting seminars and trainings to service center and customersQualification:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or certification in any vocational related coursesLicensed Mechanical Engineer is a plus. Preferably with 1-5 years relevant work experienced.Basic knowledge in computer Must have good communication skillsAmenable to work in Binondo, Manila
