Assist the Client Facilities Management Team in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the facility including any designated technical administration, soft services, procurement, asset management and vendor management.
* Provide Administrative support in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
* Act as the first point for service request call (Help Desk) and requisitions through data and voice support platform.
* Understand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site for which he is responsible.
* Ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
* Review and spot check areas of responsibility to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
* Responsible for administrative activities including processing of vendor payments, preparation of vendor contract list including emergency contract list.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
