Investor Services Document Associate

Job Description

You will extract data from the legal documents for various investment events including SAFE, Convertible, and Preferred Equity financing events.You will help develop and execute Quality Assurance processes to ensure the accuracy of extracted data. You will help funds maintain an up-to-date schedule of investments by posting Journal Entries for various Investment Events. Leverage our in-app tools to help clients collect and organize legal documents related to investment events.You will Collaborate with our Fund Administration team to identify opportunities to efficiently scale the way we serve clientsRequirements1 to 3 years of experienceYou have an operational mindset and are constantly looking for ways to streamline processesYou have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsYou’re interested in providing best-in-class-service You take pride in your ability to communicate effectively and can multitask to meet multiple deadlines You have a basic understanding of Venture Capital, Banking, and Fund AdministrationYou have experience working with accounting and financial dataYou’re interested in working on projects in a fast-paced environment
