Facilities Technician (Alabang, Muntinlupa)

The Facilities Technician's task is to ensure the overall upkeep of the facility and their handling is within the company’s standards. Could easily adapt to working with peers, contractors, and clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily monitoring of site/s facilities, equipment, and leased officeUpdate all Monitoring FormsMaintains basic facilities and office space ensuring the show readiness of all areasEnsures that periodic preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities such as but not limited to the air-conditioning system, fire extinguisher, emergency lights, and emergency exit signages are properly implemented and followed as scheduledDaily monitoring/closing of tickets filed via facilities ticketing systemPerforms basic on-site repairs as needed for electrical, and mechanical. Plumbing, and civil worksTask in hauling facilities assets/materials from site to siteMonitor and assist third-party vendors on their activities and projects (if any)Can work holidays and on-call on weekends during emergency situationsTravel to other office sitesOther tasks to be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM COMPETENCIES:

Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil works (two of any)Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, and fire protectionCan work with minimum supervision and on fast phased environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses certificate Bachelor’s/College DegreeAt least two (2) years of working experience related to Facilities management and/or building maintenanceCan use MS office applications and is computer literate
