Responsibilities:
Conducts preventive maintenance system of the existing mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure system monthly and/or quarterly.Conducts Inspection on regular basis of the electrical system, mechanical, and water supply system and its’ equipment and accessories.Conducts evaluation of any reported busted bulbs of Emergency lights, cove light, fluorescent, etc. to identify if needs for replacement or can be repaired before requesting for supplier’s intervention.evaluate for the needs of controls of identified electrical-related potential risk and environment aspects.Oversees the electrical repair and/or installation such as but not limited to wire splicing, electrical devices and equipment, etc.Oversees the installation and repair of the equipment, furniture and devices.Coordinates to building admin for any related electrical and mechanical concerns that need intervention from their end.Actively monitors the potential risk of electrical and mechanical failure and provide prompt actions to immediately address the concern.Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities and quality controls.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.Close coordination with accounting and HR-admin for the purchase and monitoring of facility-related equipment, materials, and furniture, etc.Close coordination with OSH in work environment related health and safety risks.Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experienceLicensed engineer is an advantage but not a requirementAt least 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functionsKnowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulationsKnowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities managementMust be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starterStrong procurement and negotiation skillsAppreciate working in a live environmentAmenable to shifting scheduleWilling to work in Ortigas and CubaoVIRTUAL RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Initial Interview (Phone/Skype) - online Assessment - Final INterview (Skype/Zoom)
