The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Specialist is responsible for the Supply Planning Group with the production operations by translating procurement requirements for the marketing of finished products into the form of a production plan & availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
evaluates the production, sales, and inventory conditionsProcesses and analyzes data about the plan and realization of production, sales, and inventory dataActively communicates with all parties concerned so as to obtain accurate and up-to-date dataAttains Inventory Turnover Rate or Days Coverage targetsSupports and aligns with plans and activities of New Products Work Group relative to inventory forecast, replenishment, and execution of new products and tactical promos.Determines, reviews, recommends and revises Safety/Target Quantity levels for each stock item in each warehouse location based on forecastMonitors all inventory for the production process to ensure the smooth and balanced implementation of the market entry processZenith Foods Corporation, the hiring entity, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course preferably in Industrial EngineeringSix (6) months to 1-year of experience in inventory, capacity, and production planning in a manufacturing or food manufacturing plant.Good communication skills and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel / ERP / MRP-MPS / Oracle / WMS / ASCP and other Microsoft applicationKeen to detailsStrong leadership qualities and a team playerMust be willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan
