Duties and Responsiblities:· Oversees the following areas: Efficient Workshop Operations, Technical Service and Warranty Claiming Operations, Aftersales Support Operations· Implements internal control systems and procedures aligned with the General Distributor for Operational excellence.· Conceptualizes various Aftersales programs and activities in both internal and external aspects which would eventually aim to hit the target set by management;· Recommends program initiatives to enhance the customer service experience;· Analyzes Service and Parts production figures and Aftersales Metrics that are deemed essential in hitting the Aftersales target· Conducts regular meetings amongst Aftersales associates in order to discuss operational procedures and concerns;· Monitors the performance of all direct reports on a daily basis;· Responsible for the dealerships Performance presentation to upper management; · Complies with the requirements of dealer standards; · Reviews the customer feedback mechanisms and directs necessary actions · Plans and implements Dealer-initiated marketing efforts.· Coordinates with marketing department of the authorized general distributor all promotional activities and campaigns for implementation.Job Specifications:College GraduateCustomer service excellence, Leadership Skills, Decision-making Skills, Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skillsAdaptability, Innovative, Self-driven, Highly-organized, ResilientPhysically and mentally fit to meet the demands of the job
