Senior Sourcing Buyer

Join our team as a Senior Sourcing Buyer! In Human Nature, we always prioritize locally made products wherever possible, but many items are not manufactured locally. For those, we need you to scour the globe to find the best that the world has to offer and bring them home at an affordable price.

Responsibilities:

Actively sources new packaging and raw material suppliers locally and globally for new products, product innovation and alternate sources.Collaborate with our R&D, Marketing, New Products Development and QA teams to ensure successful launchesNegotiates and works with our imports team to bring items in at an acceptable priceAnalyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditureResearch and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in Sourcing especially from international vendorsWith experience in Cosmetics and Personal CareFamiliarity with sourcing and vendor managementUnderstanding of market dynamics and sound business judgementStrong project management and leadership skillsAbility to negotiate and sustain networking relationshipsComfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting dataSolid judgement with ability to make good decisionsWilling to work onsite in our Head Office in Quezon City or in Paseo de Sta. Rosa Laguna
