PURCHASING OFFICER

WORK LOCATION: TAYTAY, RIZAL

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or MarketingAt least 2 year(s) work experience specializing in purchasing, negotiations, supply agreement and supplier relationshipHas good analytical and interpersonal skills to obtain the best purchase packageProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelHighly organized and detail orientedGood oral and written communication skill

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source and negotiate with suppliers for price, quality, specifications, availability and method of deliveryPrepare and process Purchase Orders in accordance to company policyReview Purchase Requisitions received in order to verify accuracy, specifications and coordinates with requestorContinuously evaluates suppliers/sub-contractors performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changesContinuously develops better and more reliable supplier of new products through networkingResponsible for negotiations of warranty claims if the goods ordered are rejected or for return to supplierResponsible to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the company’s requirement. In addition, he/she must constantly network with various vendorsOversees timely and efficient procurement of goods and services essential to business operations
