Must be a Registered Electrical EngineerMust have atleast 2-3 years of working in the field of electrical worksExperience must be from manufacturing companyKnowledgeable in mechanical design and specifications of mechanical equipment and processesMust be able to manage and supervise the building maintenance of the companyMust be able to maintain a working knowledge of general industry compliances and requirementsAble to solve problem and troubleshoot as the need arisesExceptional written and verbal communication SkillsWith strong personality and sense of responsibilityMust be willing to work in Lima, Batangas2 Full time positions availableCan start immediately

JOB DUTIES:

Assist in handling make-readies in a timely manner and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.Assist in maintaining inventory of parts & supplies. Ensure 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage.Diagnose and perform maintenance/repair including: A/C and heating systems; electrical and plumbing systems; water and sewer lines; stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings; roofing, gutters; tile, carpet, flooring; fireplaces, ceiling fans, appliances; shutters, doors, cabinets, windows; boilers, gas and electric; walls and ceilings; security systems; pool area, tile, spa; check/install/re-key locks; etc.Maintain accessible, accurate records pertaining to: service requests; preventative maintenance; safety systems; repair/replacement of major equipment; utility cutoffs, sewer clean-outs.
