SummaryTechnical Service Manager is generally responsible for monitoring all the activities of assigned Technicians.ResponsibilityYou will play an important role in:·        Managing Technicians on quality preventive maintenance, repair and customer escalation.·        Identifying areas in preventive maintenance and repair operations that would require changes in approach or ways of working to address challenges in the department.·        Regular review of Technicians and analyze actual results and recommend improvement and execution plan.·        Develop and execute plan to improve team productivity resulting to 100% completion rate.·        Perform regular visit to clients to maintain/sustain business relationship.·        Second level of addressing escalations from clients.·        Perform regular site visit and ensure that all job sites are accordance to the preventive maintenance checklist and repair standards on safety and quality.·        Final assessment of manpower and route loading and recommend changes in route structure to improve team efficiency.·        Review manpower and 3rd party vendor requirement and recommend changes in repair structure to improve team efficiency.·        Review and analyze all site incident report and provide plan of action.·        Provide guidance and technical assistance to supervisor who are not able to resolve the trouble of units/equipments.·        Conduct performance review of direct reports.·        Create an individual developmental plan and monitor completion.·        Manage all disciplinary cases by providing incident report, initial investigation and endorsement to immediate manager.·        Create performance action plan for employees with below and progressing rating, assess improvement of employee and to company directives, policies and procedures.RequirementTo succeed in this role, we will need you to be:·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. ·        At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from HVAC, engineering, construction, building and facilities management industries ·        Has good and strong leadership experience  ·        Heavy on technical knowledge ·        With experience on quality control and improvementsRewardsHow will this career opportunity benefit you?A conducive environment to work and growConstant challenges and opportunity to prove yourselfOther benefits offered:Free parkingMedical Insurance CoverageAre you ready to make that career shift & grow a great portfolio with us?
