Responsible for manpower deployment and scheduling of works at the site. Maintenance of facilities in building operations, trouble shooting, installation, repairs and monitoring of equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs the monitoring and supervision of technical manpowerProvides technical leadership for implementation of maintenance activitiesProvide report to immediate superior regarding work update and daily activities. Files and safe keep all forms and other daily job related documents. Provide initial assessment and evaluation of the technical concerns reported by client and technicians.Responsible for cleanliness of stock room and maintenance area. Attends equipment and building related issues and concernsProvides technical support to Property / Facility manager on building maintenance program. Attends and log all daily work request.Perform other function that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
