KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Oversee maintenance projects and monitoring project performance on a daily basisDetermine and define project scope and objectivesPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementKEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Mechanical EngineerAt least ten years of solid background experience in mass maintenance projects, large mechanical works, and coal-fired power plantWith more than 15 years of experience in project management in various engineering worksWork experience in a Japanese company is a plus
